After a simple request to speak to the manager ‘informally’ at Nobu, Mr John Mason (Director of Taxi and PH, PCO) and Mr Martin Low Westminster Council’s (Director of Transportation) are made to feel less than welcome by the doorstaff at Mayfair’s Nobu restaurant!
what a disgrace !
The need a lesson learnt . If they talk to John Mason like this how do they talk to the cabbies on the rank ?
Good work LCDC about time the trade woke up and stopped talking and started doing something !!!
disgrace…they should loose their licence asap.
we need you at more venues guys, anymore planned ?
Great work. When can we have the Bouncers at Abacus.
I agree with Cabbydavid, when Abacus LCDC ?
Thanks for having an input, much appreciated. I would love to put these guys and more at Abacus, Smiths, Movida, and Tiger Tiger on a regular basis, but it all comes down to finances.
We are paying these guys wages out of Clubs funds and cannot carry on long term.
I am fed up hearing all the moaning from the trade. Help us to help ALL the trade.
If cab drivers want us to sort these bully`s out, I am glad to do it but we need the funds. I have sounded out a few faces in the trade but so far no luck. I will not give up the fight for funding as I believe in this scheme 100%
please make any donations to the “London Cab Drivers Club”.
and I asure you that every penny will go to pay the guys wages.
please help us to help you.!
I went to Nobu last night at around 1.am. no scabs but the public getting into our taxis at a very fast rate.
a breath of fresh air.
went on Nobu tonight, the security guys took a drunken abusive couple of men out of my taxi after I asked them for help. Great stuff, first class. Got a job a minute later to Epsom. I am so impressed with these fellas.
