LTPH lose appeal against Diamond Cars at Abacus

Today, the LCDC has been informed that LTPH has lost the the appeal against Diamond cars working from the Abacus bar in Cornhill.

It seems that the high levels of touting within the City has become accepted practice, and the licensed taxi trade must carry on watching from the sidelines as our ranks are removed and replaced by Satellite Offices, and ranks of cars ply for hire outside all the venues.

I think that the time for The rank At The Bank 2 Demonstration is Imminent

  1. This is bollocks on what grounds can they enforce the law.none thats what.

Demo must include all of the utg this time, but if not heyho will go alone.

  2. TFL opened an unenforceable sattelite office can of worm and now they can’t get the lid back on. Pretty rubbish policy making from them?

  3. How can the people in charge lose control so easy. Satellite office are now unenforceable and now CBJ have the freedom to stick two fingers up to LTPH and completely flaunt the rules.

    Please bring on a demo!!!

  4. SATELLITE OFFICES Ken Livingstone started them
BORIS JOHNSON has increased their number 20 fold
Peter Hendy the mastermind behind the policy,Who hates Taxi Drivers who is still in charge.
We are in the best position as there is a Mayoral Election.
NONE OF THE ABOVE DESERVE OUR VOTE.BOYCOTT THE LOT AND VOTE FOR
    ANYONE ELSE.
ALSO SACK JOHN MASON & CHAPMAN NOW AND LET THEM FEEL THE PAIN.
